You’ll complete a secure one-time payment after submitting the form.

3 | We match you with the best tutor

Our team reviews your request and assigns the most suitable tutor based on:

  • Subject & curriculum

  • Experience level

  • Your preferred times

  • Teaching style needs

If your schedule is very strict, matching may take slightly longer — but we always find the right fit.

4 | Your tutor contacts you on WhatsApp

Your assigned tutor will message you directly via WhatsApp to introduce themselves and send:

  • Your confirmed lesson time

  • The Google Meet link

  • A welcome message

  • Any materials they want you to share beforehand

This makes communication simple and fast.

Please ensure the WhatsApp number you provide in the form is correct.

5 | Attend your lesson

Join the Google Meet link at the scheduled time.
All lessons are private, 1-to-1, and tailored to your specific curriculum.

💸 Refund Guarantee

We offer a fair and transparent refund policy to protect students while respecting tutors’ time.

You are eligible for a full refund if:

  • Your tutor does not show to the scheduled lesson

  • Technical issues caused by the tutor prevent the session

  • TutorDo is unable to assign a suitable tutor after payment

  • A tutor behaves unprofessionally

  • A lesson cannot proceed due to TutorDo-side issues

You are eligible for a partial refund if:

  • You purchased a package and only used some of the lessons

  • You request a cancellation within 12 hours of the lesson

  • You request rescheduling within 6 hours of the lesson and the tutor cannot accommodate

Refunds are not issued if:

  • You miss the lesson without notice

  • You cancel under 12 hours before the lesson

  • You experience personal technical issues (internet, laptop, etc.)

  • The lesson has already been completed

  • You attempt to bypass TutorDo’s platform to contact the tutor directly
    (See Section 11: Non-Circumvention Policy)
